1. Purpose
This policy describes how CARBON RISK INTELLIGENCE collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors to the www.carbonriskintelligence.fr website (hereinafter “the Site”), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (“GDPR”) and with French law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended (loi n° 78-17 du 6 janvier 1978 modifiée, “Loi Informatique et Libertés”, the French Data Protection Act).

The fields marked as mandatory in the forms are necessary in order to process your request; failing that, it cannot be processed.
4. Data recipients
The data is intended for the authorised departments of CARBON RISK INTELLIGENCE (communications, sales, training, administration) and, within the limits of their remit, for our processors:
- hosting of the Site: OVH SAS (European Union);
- email delivery (forms, newsletter): Resend;
- audience measurement: Google Analytics.
These providers act on the instructions of CARBON RISK INTELLIGENCE and are subject to contractual obligations compliant with article 28 of the GDPR. No data is sold or rented to third parties.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers may process data outside the European Union. In such cases, transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards within the meaning of articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR (adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses of the European Commission). The list of the providers concerned and of the applicable safeguards may be obtained by writing to contact@carbonriskintelligence.fr.
6. Security
CARBON RISK INTELLIGENCE implements appropriate technical and organisational measures in order to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data processed: access control, encryption of communications, backups, staff awareness.
7. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights over your data:
- right of access;
- right to rectification;
- right to erasure;
- right to restriction of processing;
- right to object, in particular to direct marketing;
- right to portability;
- right to withdraw your consent at any time, without calling into question the lawfulness of the processing carried out beforehand;
- right to set directives as to what happens to your data after your death.
These rights may be exercised with dpo@carbonriskintelligence.fr or by post to the address of the registered office, providing proof of your identity if necessary. You will receive a reply within one month, which may be extended by two months in the case of a complex request.
