Accessibility statement

CarbonRisk Intelligence is committed to making its website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim for conformance with the WCAG 2.1 level AA guidelines.

1. Conformance status

This site is partially conformant: accessibility improvements have been implemented, but the site has not yet undergone a full independent audit. Some content may therefore not yet meet all applicable criteria.

2. Measures under way

Accessibility is addressed progressively, page by page. The measures below describe our approach and how far it has got: they are not a guarantee of conformance across the whole site.

  • Visible keyboard focus indicator, currently being extended to every interactive component.
  • Ongoing work on text contrast to bring content closer to the thresholds recommended by WCAG 2.1 level AA; some secondary areas do not meet them yet.
  • We take care not to convey information by colour alone (icons and text labels added).
  • “Skip to content” link available on every page; heading structure is being harmonised, with a single main heading per page as the target.
  • Main navigation indicating the current page; keyboard operation of the menus is being consolidated.
  • Cookie dialog: focus trapping, keyboard dismissal (Escape) and a direct link to the cookie policy.
  • Decorative animations disabled when the browser signals a “reduced motion” preference.

3. Known limitations

Some interactive product illustrations (dashboards, gauges, exploded views) use faint, decorative labels that reproduce a software interface; they are marked as illustrative data. A full WCAG audit and, where relevant, self-hosted fonts are planned.
